The basic version is free of charge. The premium version of the app currently costs €12 per account per year. In addition, a one-off set-up fee of €390 is payable. Billing always takes place at the beginning of a contract year. Prices excl. VAT (prices may vary depending on region)
No, there are no additional costs hidden here, such as costs per alarm. These are all covered by the license price.
Yes, the basic version can be downloaded and used at any time from the app stores. The basic functionalities are fully available to you. Alarms can also be created manually here

The backend of the Connected Command app runs on a server in the European Union (Microsoft Azure Cloud). The server infrastructure complies with the ISO27001 standard. In addition, regular security checks and penetration tests are carried out to ensure the secure application for emergency organizations. The transmission of messages is also end-to-end encrypted.
