Release Dataviewer - Connected Fleet

What's new

Application for remote diagnosis

Since the web interface of Connected Fleet shows a very simplified customer view of the signals, this was often far too little to be able to carry out a diagnosis at the service level.

The new 'Connected Fleet Dataviewer' offers the usual service4fire option for detailed analysis of CAN bus signals remotely, down to the level of e.g. single sensor values.

Login with Rosenbauer Authentication

The application supports login via the Rosenbauer authentication mechanisms for simple and secure authentication.

Connected Fleet Dataviewer is under constant development
based on the feedback we receive from you.

First steps

  1. Login
You can log in with either your Rosenbauer account or your Connected Fleet account.
If the application is not yet activated for you, please contact us via our support platform.
  2. Vehicle selection
All vehicles unlocked for you are available in the vehicle selection. Simply use the search function to select the desired vehicle.
If a vehicle is missing, please contact us via our support portal.
  3. Select period of time
In this first version the selection of the time range to be displayed is only possible in UTC time format. We already have a ticket on our roadmap to enable time zone selection on this screen.
  4. Choose signals to display
Starting with an empty view, signals to be analyzed can be added via the search input selection. Depending on the vehicle configuration, signals may be displayed several times in the selection because they may come from different modules.
It should therefore be noted that it may also happen that no data is displayed for some signals. Please check all possible source modules.
  5. Remove signals from view
Signals can be removed by double-clicking on the signal name and executing the remove action in the popup window.
  6. Adapt period of time or change vehicle
Use the back arrow at the top left to change either the time period or the selected vehicle.
